As Raleigh, Wisper and Lapierre e-bike dealers and Bosch & Yamaha Service agents, we are the experts when it comes to looking after e-bikes and helping you with any e-bike problems you may experience.

We have gained a great reputation for e-bike servicing and have customers from all over South Devon who trust us with their e-bikes. We are always happy to try and help with your e-bike, even if not purchased from us.

Your e-bike should be serviced at least annually and in the same way as a normal bike but with the addition of inspection and servicing of your bike’s electrical components, updating of firmware and software to keep your bike in perfect condition.

Note: We are unable to help with imported e bikes purchased from online retailers and distributors.  If you have a fault with your bike you should refer to the place of purchase or supplier.  Our advice is to buy your e-bike from a bike shop where you will get the necessary support and after care an e-bike requires.

Conversions – As part of the conditions of our business insurance policy, we do not undertake any work of any type on converted e-bikes.  We do not fit conversion kits, repair or diagnose faults with kits.
